BILL in Lacombe wanted to carve a salmon. Found a nice piece of soapstone, ran it through the bandsaw and blocked out this piece for him. We want a picture when it's finished. Bill is definitely "beyond beginners" in soapstone carving. The template is about 12 in long. Nice trophy fish and he didn't have to use any bait to catch it.
